If you haven’t heard of Angry Birds by now, you must be living under a rock and you certainly don’t own a smartphone. Angry Birds is Rovio’s casual mobile-game that has you flinging birds at evil green pigs, and has easily become the most popular mobile game in recent history.


This week, Angry Birds lands on the PlayStation Network as a ‘miniS’ title. Don’t let it being categorized as a ‘mini’ fool you, this is a huge game. Tons of levels, hours of fun; all presented in hilarious, bite-sized chunks of gameplay.

Though, the game is also known for being touch-enabled, we think the translation to analog stick will work just as well. It’s also been said that Angry Birds has been visually optimized to run on the PSP. We’ll have to wait and see how that translates over to the PS3.
