Killzone 3 is just one of the many games expected to be announced this year. However, speculation has hit the web, saying the game may utilize both 3D technology, and the PlayStation 3 Motion Controller.

Sources close to Sony Japan have apparently told Spanish site GameProTV that the third instalment in the epic series - not confirmed, but rumoured to be in development - will take advantage of the new technology Sony will be offering by fall this year.

This is just speculation for now, but we rather like the idea of seeing Helghan in the third dimension, especially after the experience with 3D games we've had so far.

3D talvez seja o futuro dos videojogos , ainda muito poucas pessoas têm acesso ao 3D , e mesmo no final do ano , não me cheira que seja muito comum ver alguém com suporte de 3D. Nunca se sabe , ainda falta muito

so compro um 3dtv com elas tiverem abaixo dos 2000€

eu já tenho uma com 200Hz que em principio dá para 3D, mas não é nessa que jogo <.<

quando saiu o killzone2 compreio logo porque achei um jogo bastante bom agora com o 3 vai ser a loucura.

Killzone 3 is set to arrive in stereoscopic 3D and use Sony's motion wand - rumoured to be called 'Arc' - a source has told CVG.

According to our contact, the Guerrilla Games sequel will launch as part of a big 3D push for the PlayStation 3 this Christmas - far earlier than we expected.

While our source is unsure if the follow-up is indeed the "Sony sequel" that looks set to be unveiled tonight, we're assured that the information on the game itself is "rock solid".

Earlier this year PSM3 Magazine also went on record that Killzone 3 information would arrive in "the coming months".
